  1. What a great interview! How wonderful it is to see a doctor with such enthusiasm for honoring his patients intelligence. I wish every doctor and health professional could see this! I am a Culinary Nutritiionist and I teach mostly female audiences and kids how to eat for good health. I would love to partner with a medical professional to reach more people. However I find that many of them are closed to the idea.
